c.1898 Steinway & Sons Model A

Cambridge Pianoforte are one of Steinway's only independent authorized agents, and this wonderful example of a c.1898 Steinway & Sons Model A grand piano has been fully mechanically overhauled by our expert technicians at our own workshop here in Cambridge.
 
The 6ft2" Steinway A features a fine rosewood case with round fluted legs and an ornate wooden carved filigree music desk.  The piano also still boasts it's original ivory keyboard.
 
The following work has been done:
 
New action parts installed, soundboard fully restored, completely re-strungand the frame has been re-sprayed. We have restored this keeping the true authenticity.
